STREET'S POS REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing STREET'S POS. These Registration Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the STREET'S POS platform, software, services, applications, and related products. By registering for an account, accessing, or using STREET'S POS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using STREET'S POS, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Registration and Account Information

The account holder is solely responsible for all business operations conducted using STREET'S POS, including but not limited to:
Sales transactions
Inventory management
Pricing decisions
Employee access and permissions
Tax compliance
Financial reporting
Customer records
STREET'S POS acts solely as a software service provider and shall not be responsible for business decisions, financial losses, tax obligations, or operational errors made by users.
4. User Obligations
Users agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform.
Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
Use the service in a manner that may damage the reputation of STREET'S POS.
Share account credentials with unauthorized persons.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.
5. Subscription Fees and Payments
Certain features of STREET'S POS may require payment of subscription fees.
By subscribing, you agree that:
All fees must be paid on time.
Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to pay may result in service interruption, account suspension, or account termination.
STREET'S POS reserves the right to revise pricing upon reasonable notice.
6. Data Ownership and Storage
All business data entered into the system remains the property of the account holder.
However:
STREET'S POS may store, process, and back up data for operational purposes.
Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of important records.
STREET'S POS does not guarantee permanent storage of data after account cancellation or prolonged inactivity.
7. Data Security
STREET'S POS implements reasonable security measures designed to protect user information.
While every effort is made to maintain security, no system can guarantee absolute protection against:
Cyberattacks
Unauthorized access
Data breaches
Internet failures
Hardware failures
Force majeure events
Users acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
8. Service Availability
STREET'S POS aims to provide reliable and uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
Scheduled maintenance
System upgrades
Network failures
Technical issues
Circumstances beyond our control
STREET'S POS shall not be liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STREET'S POS, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
The total liability of STREET'S POS for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the preceding three (3) months.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in STREET'S POS, including software, branding, logos, content, features, and technology, remain the exclusive property of STREET'S POS.
Users may not:
Copy
Modify
Reverse engineer
Resell
Redistribute
Reproduce
any part of the platform without prior written permission.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through the use of the platform.
Users shall not disclose proprietary information, software components, security mechanisms, or business processes belonging to STREET'S POS.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
STREET'S POS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if:
These Terms are violated.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Required payments remain outstanding.
The account poses a security risk.
The service is being misused.
Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STREET'S POS, its officers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the service
Violation of these Terms
Violation of applicable laws
Infringement of third-party rights
14. Amendments
STREET'S POS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will become effective upon publication or notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

STREET'S POS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Civil unrest
Labor disputes

16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Any dispute arising from the use of STREET'S POS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
